# Digital Content Creator* CV-Library* Worcester, Worcestershire Charity### Job Description Your new company and role Supporting my client by producing a variety of engaging digital learning products utilising the Adobe Suite of software to create content including videos, animations and graphical models along with e-learning material.\* Provide high quality creative content, to visually communicate the message, including video, sound, photography and motion graphics.\*Edit video, sound and imagery to specification, to enable creation of e-learning training packages.\*To be fully conversant in the use of professional creative software on a Mac-based platform (i. e.
Adobe Creative Suite and other associated software), and the use of video and stills cameras.\*Have a good understanding of IT networks, design services, file storage and file management etc.
Maintain and update a central library of training assets including computer illustrations and content for e-learning packages.\*Embrace, identify and exploit new technologies and advances in creative media and visual communications, actively encouraging the use of the latest technological advances which will benefit the organisation.\*Self-manage workflow requirements in direct consultation with the Head of Corporate and Digital Communications, and other members of Corporate and Digital Communications; keeping them up to date with progress.\*Work as part of a high performing team, to meet the tight and recurring production deadlines.
What you'll need to succeed Demonstrable experience of producing content from creation to production.
Ability to communicate with team members and staff about their requirements.
Ability to present creative ideas and complete work for approval.
Ability to manage your own workload, with minimal supervision.
Have excellent IT skills, able to use a range of IT systems, e. g.
Microsoft 365.
A sound knowledge and understanding of Mac platforms and IT.
Working knowledge of copyright and intellectual property rights is essential for both the protection of, and the use of materials.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to converse, communicate and negotiate with a wide range of stakeholders.
Able to work unsupervised and make decisions within creative field.
Be creative and innovative in the field of media and design.
Be a team player, able to engage and motivate creativity and innovation, and be fully supportive of line management and other team members.
Ability to edit video, sound and imagery to specification, to enable insertion into e-learning training packages.
