Are you a committed Christian who is passionate about the persecuted church and the mission of Open Doors? Are you adept at managing stakeholder requirements and overseeing creative teams to successfully deliver marketing communications content? Do you have understanding and experience of printing methods and the ability to specify print requirements for production?

Open Doors is a Christian charity that is looking to recruit active, practicing Christians to stand in the GAP (give, act, pray) on behalf of persecuted Christians worldwide. Every day, millions of Christians risk their lives to follow Jesus. In more than 70 countries, Open Doors supports them by supplying Bibles, providing emergency relief and helping persecuted believers stand strong for the long-term.

We’re looking for a Christian MarComms Delivery Manager to enable Open Doors UK&I to grow support for the persecuted church by helping the Head of Content to deliver content needs across the organisation. You will fulfil a critical role in overseeing the in-house Content team and related freelancers to deliver content requests from all Directorates by monitoring the team’s capacity and workflow, allocating resources, managing schedules and budgets, and reporting on the status of projects.

You will lead on print production and procurement, ensuring that print resources are produced on time, on budget and to the required standard. You will also manage relationships with key stakeholders, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working within a fast-paced and changing environment.

You will have the opportunity to use your God-given character and talents to contribute to the work of Open Doors and to work with integrity and with purpose. We offer a flexible role with a good work-life balance, huge job satisfaction and employee benefits. You will work with some inspirational people and there are plenty of opportunities to develop your career. We welcome applications from candidates of different backgrounds.
