You'll manage digital platforms, agency partners and user experience improvements to enhance member engagement and support wider digital growth.Client DetailsThis is a not-for-profit B2B membership in London.DescriptionLead the delivery of a new website and member portal programme from discovery through to launch.Manage digital projects, timelines, budgets, risks and external agency relationships.Oversee the day-to-day performance, maintenance and optimisation of web platforms.Manage website integrations with CRM and third-party systems to improve user journeys.Drive SEO, CRO, AI optimisation and member experience improvements across digital channels.Use analytics and customer insight to monitor performance and identify growth opportunities.Lead digital innovation, including automation, AI tools and workflow improvements.Line manage and develop a Digital Specialist while promoting digital best practice across the organisation.ProfileProven experience delivering large-scale website and digital transformation projects.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Experience managing digital agencies, suppliers and external development partners.Hands-on experience with CMS platforms, website migrations and CRM integrations.Strong knowledge of GA4, SEO, CRO, UX and digital performance optimisation.Experience using data and customer insight to improve user journeys and engagement.A collaborative approach with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.The ability to lead digital innovation, including AI, automation and process improvement initiatives.Job OfferSalary ranging from £55,000 to £65,000, dependent on the level of experience.Permanent position based in London.Opportunity to contribute to the not-for-profit sector.If you're interested in this role, apply now. #J-18808-Ljbffr
