Hertfordshire Mind is seeking a Mental Health Support Worker for the Nightlight Crisis Café/Helpline in Watford and surrounding areas. The role involves delivering high-quality crisis support 7 days a week, including some weekends, on a rota across Watford, Stevenage, Ware or Hatfield bases.
You’ll work with the Service Manager, Team Leads and volunteers to ensure compassionate, person-centred care while respecting dignity and independence. Pro-rata salary applies for part-time hours.
