Premier are proud to be partnering with a premium non-alcoholic drinks brand who are looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to join their fantastic marketing team in London! This person will increase the brand's visibility, brand awareness and brand engagement within the premium hospitality space. You will deliver a trade marketing strategy, driven by shopper and customer insights to ensure maximum ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the trade sell-in decks. Ensure the deck aligns with the brand positioning and attraction marketing strategy.
- Work with the sales team to deliver trade marketing programs for priority accounts.
- Use shopper insights to communicate with customers in hospitality.
- Develop and own the trade marketing materials.
- Analyse industry trends and stay on top of changes to the sector.
- Create and deliver trade shows to showcase the product.
- Work with the PR agencies and marketing agencies to deliver newsworthy brand stories.
- Manage the content library.
- Manage the trade assets and copy.
- Work with stakeholders throughout the business to ensure timely delivery of the marketing, events and communications.
- Be the face of the company for external partner organisations and the agency partners.
- Use Illustrator to update trade marketing materials and manage a creative agency on larger pieces of work.
- Update and edit the Shopify store content.
This is a very hands-on role. You must be willing and able to get stuck into every part of this position.
Experience Required:
- Previous experience in trade or shopper marketing is essential. This role has strategic responsibility but requires someone willing to get hands-on and stuck into the day-to-day too.
- Experience working with a premium/luxury brand/product is essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working on and leading trade events.
- Experience developing quality point of sale and trade marketing materials.
- Proficient with Canva.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience managing a team of at least 2 direct reports.
- Able to update the content and visuals for the Shopify store.
