Mid or Senior (social content) designer - static, motion. Video Not print - URGENT HIRE £400–£460 per day | 1–4th September | 4-day booking | Fully Remote or Hybrid (central London). The initial booking is four days, but the agency is specifically looking to build relationships with trusted freelancers they can bring back regularly, so there is strong potential for further work.

We’re partnering with an award-winning independent social and creative agency looking for an experienced freelance Designer / Editor to join its creative team for an initial four-day booking. This is a genuinely social-first agency, creating high-impact content and integrated campaigns for some of the biggest names across entertainment, streaming, film and consumer brands. Their work spans social, influencer, PR and creative content, with a particularly impressive track record in entertainment.

They’re looking for a mid–senior multidisciplinary creative who is equally comfortable designing and editing, understands what makes content work on social and can pick up a brief and run with it. Most have social first agency experience NOT Client side.

What you'll be doing:

  • Social-first video editing and content creation
  • Motion design
  • Static social and campaign creative
  • Editing and repurposing UGC/creator content
  • Longer-form video and YouTube content
  • Adapting creative for different social platforms and formats
  • Working across fast-moving entertainment and consumer briefs

The focus is predominantly organic social content, rather than paid creative. There is no requirement for print experience.

What we're looking for:

  • An established career freelancer rather than someone freelancing between permanent positions
  • Mid–senior level with the confidence to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • A portfolio demonstrating genuinely strong social-first creative and editing
  • Strong motion, video editing and static design capabilities
  • Excellent working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, after effects and premier Pro a Plus
  • Strong B2C/consumer experience
  • Entertainment, film, streaming, culture or lifestyle experience would be particularly attractive
  • Ideally from a social-first agency or content studio producing social content consistently
  • Comfortable switching between different formats and briefs at pace
  • Reliable and interested in developing an ongoing freelance relationship
