The Opportunity
This is for a designer who’s ready to level up—someone who cares about craft and impact. You’ll own projects end-to-end, shape visual direction, and help define how brands show up across digital. You’ll also play a key role in evolving design systems and raising the bar across the team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design scroll-stopping creative across paid media, campaigns, landing pages, and brand
- Build scalable design systems and visual identities
- Develop moodboards, style directions, and campaign aesthetics
- Contribute to shoots, motion, and multi-channel outputs
- Create platform-native content for Meta, TikTok, YouTube & other disruptive channels
- Stay ahead of trends
- Work closely with strategists, creatives, and production teams
- Mentor junior designers and elevate overall output
- Help refine workflows, templates, and creative processes
- Contribute to pitch work and new business wins
What You Bring
- 5–7 years in visual design / art direction within an integrated, digital, creative or brand or growth agency
- A portfolio that shows taste and clear thinking
- Strong fundamentals: typography, layout, hierarchy, systems
- Premier Pro, Figma, After Effects + Adobe CC (motion skills intermediate level needed)
- Ability to create paid social assets and full brand identities
- Clear communicator who can back up creative decisions
- Curious mindset—into trends, tools and AI
- Brand identity work from the ground up
- Exposure to AI-driven creative workflows
