I’m working with a fast-scaling consumer tech business looking to hire a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to play a key role in driving customer growth and acquisition. This is a strategic, high-impact position with ownership of multi-channel performance marketing and responsibility for delivering scalable, sustainable growth.

The role: You’ll take the lead on shaping and evolving the performance marketing strategy across a range of paid channels, managing significant budgets and identifying new opportunities to accelerate growth. This role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and optimisation.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning the strategy and performance of key acquisition channels including Paid Social, Search and Affiliates
  • Managing and optimising substantial marketing budgets to maximise ROI
  • Identifying new growth opportunities and testing new channels, formats and approaches
  • Driving a data‑led approach to performance, balancing CAC with long‑term customer value
  • Partnering closely with brand, creative and product teams to improve conversion and customer journeys
  • Leading experimentation and continuous optimisation across campaigns
  • Analysing performance data and presenting insights to senior stakeholders
  • Mentoring junior team members and contributing to a high‑performing team culture
