This could include cutting edge cyber security strategies, insights and intelligence to guide c-suite management on their corporate strategy, political or commercial due diligence to make or break the investment cases of global mergers, buyouts and transactions, highly sensitive crisis situations or resolving complex litigations.

The role: Director / Managing Director - New business - Private Equity & Financial Sponsor Client Coverage
To support strategic growth plans there are opportunities for new business and client origination focused Directors & Managing Directors to join their New Business team, expand and manage their private equity and financial sponsor client coverage.
Ideal candidates will be well networked front office financial advisors. Financial sponsor coverage professionals would be preferred but other front office investment banking, legal, PE or consulting teams. Candidates will need a breadth and depth of PE, SWF, infrastructure and equity investor relationships with different touchpoints in a range of deal teams, alongside demonstrable experience personally originating and managing relationships. Candidates need real credibility discussing markets and the global affairs / geo-politics which are shaping deal flow.
The team take a very collegiate approach. New hires will work with the SLT to plan commercial strategy and target different market segments and white space, before owning client relationships and managing their continued success introducing additional services, organically growing the.
