Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking for a role where you can deliver exceptional client care, develop your career, and enjoy a genuine work-life balance? At MSI UK, we're growing our services across the West Midlands and are looking for compassionate, motivated Nurses to join our dedicated multidisciplinary team. This is an opportunity to work in a modern, supportive healthcare environment where your expertise is valued, your wellbeing matters, and every day you help make a meaningful difference to people's lives.

Imagine finishing work knowing you'll have your evenings free, your bank holidays protected, and your weekends largely your own. Unlike many clinical settings, this role offers a healthier balance between work and home life, allowing you to continue doing the job you love without the demands of night duty, long shifts, or unpredictable rotas.

You'll primarily be based at our modern Marston Green Treatment Centre, with travel required to work across our West Midlands centres. Our facilities offer a professional, welcoming environment with on-site parking, staff rest areas, and cyclist amenities. All travel outside of your base location is reimbursed. During your first 3 months, there will be a requirement to travel to other centres within the UK to support with your training.

At MSI UK, we believe talented Nurses deserve opportunities to grow. Whether you're looking to:

  • Develop advanced clinical skills
  • Progress into leadership or management
  • Become involved in training and mentoring
  • Specialise in safeguarding or other clinical areas
  • Complete funded development programmes and apprenticeships

We'll support you with clear career pathways and ongoing professional development.

How can MSI UK benefit you as a Registered Nurse? We offer a supportive, values-driven environment where your contribution is recognised and rewarded:

  • Financial & Rewards: Aviva pension (up to 5% employer contribution), Blue Light Card discounts (4,000+ perks), Cycle to Work scheme, season ticket loan, and long-service recognition rewards.
  • Wellbeing & Work–Life Balance: Opportunity to buy and sell annual leave, 24/7 GP access and EAP via Westfield Health, an extra day off for your birthday, accredited Mental Health First Aiders, family-friendly policies and a national employee recognition programme.
