Your new role Working closely withinternal colleagues and external stakeholders, you will provide a broad rangeof administrative support, ensuring processes are completed accurately andefficiently.

Yourresponsibilities will include: Reviewing andverifying information against established procedures and criteria.

Carrying out checkson documentation and following up on outstanding information where required.

Supportingadministrative processes from initial enquiry through to completion.

Preparingdocumentation, reports and meeting materials.

Responding toenquiries and providing support to stakeholders.

Maintaining accuraterecords, databases and filing systems.

Updatingspreadsheets and assisting with reporting activities.

Supporting audits, monitoring information and general programme administration.

Providing wideradministrative support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

What you'll need to succeed Previousadministration experience within a busy office environment.

Excellent attentionto detail and strong organisational skills.

Good numeracy skillsand a methodical approach to work.

Strong communicationand interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
