I'm working exclusively with a highly regarded independent consumer PR agency that is entering an exciting new phase of growth. With an enviable client portfolio spanning food, drink and lifestyle brands, the agency has built a strong reputation for delivering creative, integrated campaigns while maintaining exceptional client retention and a genuinely supportive culture. They are now looking for an experienced Associate Director to join their leadership team and play a key role in shaping the next stage of the agency's growth.
The Opportunity
This is a true leadership position for someone already operating at Associate Director level who wants broader agency responsibility beyond running individual accounts. You’ll work closely with the senior leadership team to oversee agency performance, provide strategic counsel across accounts, support and develop teams, drive new business, and help steer the overall direction of the agency. Rather than owning a standalone client portfolio, you’ll have oversight across multiple accounts, ensuring quality, profitability, team performance and growth opportunities are consistently maximised.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide senior strategic counsel across a portfolio of consumer accounts
- Act as a senior leader and mentor across the agency

About You
- Currently operating at Associate Director level within a PR agency
- Strong consumer PR background, ideally spanning food, drink and lifestyle brands
- Proven experience leading teams and developing talent
- Commercially minded with strong financial awareness
- Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to see the bigger picture
- Comfortable making decisions and leading from the front
