Job Description
PR: Account Executive/Senior Account Executive – B2B Tech PR & Data-Led Communications
- Hybrid, London (2 days onsite)
- Salary: £30K – £36K + bonus + profit share
Join a fast-growing, data-led communications agency working with founder-led tech businesses across fintech, cybersecurity, adtech, telecoms and emerging technology. This is a role for someone who believes PR should drive commercial growth, not just coverage.
The team works closely with founders, senior leaders and investors at start-ups and scale-ups, helping them define their narrative, build credibility and turn communications into a genuine business lever. Campaigns are insight-led, measurable and closely tied to commercial outcomes.
The agency is highly entrepreneurial and investing heavily in innovation, including AI-powered communications tools and new propositions designed to help founders plan, launch and scale their communications more effectively.
About the role
- Own day-to-day delivery across multiple client programmes.
- Lead proactive and reactive media relations with journalists across tech and business titles.
- Write high-quality content including press releases, commentary, blogs, case studies and thought leadership.
- Contribute to messaging, planning and campaign strategy.
- Interpret coverage and data to explain impact, not just outputs.
- Support new business research, pitches and proposal development.
- Work closely with founders and senior stakeholders on positioning and narrative.
About you
- 1–4 years’ experience in PR, communications or marketing.
- Exposure to B2B tech, fintech, cybersecurity or adjacent sectors.
- Confident pitching media and managing journalists independently.
- Strong, precise writer with good editorial judgement.
- Commercially aware and curious about how communications supports growth.
- Organised, proactive and comfortable in a fast-growing environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with low ego and high ownership.
