Premier produces some of the UK's most listened to podcasts on faith and want to create more. That's why we need you! Come and join a dynamic, enthusiastic and creative team as we seek to create content to serve the global church and help people encounter God through media.

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day production and delivery of a variety of podcasts, working out of the state of the art Premier Christian Media Centre. You'll get to plan, record, edit and publish high-quality episodes, ensuring they are editorially strong, technically excellent and consistently delivered.

We're looking for someone with a heart for mission and experience creating quality audio and video content which has reached large audiences.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Production and Editorial Delivery – Planning, recording, editing and publishing high-quality podcast episodes, while maintaining clear production schedules, organised records and strong editorial standards.
  • Presenter and Guest Management – Working closely with presenters, guests and partners to shape engaging episodes, manage logistics and ensure a professional, well-supported production experience.
  • Distribution and Content Optimisation – Publishing and optimising podcast content across audio, video, website and social platforms, ensuring titles, show notes, metadata, artwork, links and supporting assets are accurate and effective.
  • Audience Growth and Performance – Using audience insight, platform trends and performance data to improve reach, retention and engagement, and to support launches and promotions.
  • Collaboration and Development – Working with Digital Content Leads, Radio Leads, Video, Marketing, Commercial and Fundraising teams to maximise the value of each podcast and support the development of new shows.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience of producing podcasts, radio programmes or comparable audio content, from planning through to publication
  • Hands-on experience recording and editing audio using professional production software, and ideally some experience of filmed podcasts or video workflows
  • Experience publishing content through podcast hosting, content management or digital distribution platforms
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple productions, contributors and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of accuracy, editorial judgement and attention to detail
  • A creative, collaborative and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to build trusted relationships with presenters, guests and internal teams
  • Confidence using performance data to inform editorial and production decisions
  • The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
  • A good understanding of the Christian community and a clear commitment to Premier’s mission to help people encounter God through media

Please note that Premier is a Christian media agency and this role has a genuine occupational requirement for the post holder to have a personal Christian faith. Premier staff regularly attend all-staff meetings and devotions, where we share what God is doing through Premier and spend time praying for our work. There are also several points in the year when staff are required to gather in person.
