Are you an experienced Marketing and Communications professional looking for a new challenge? Premier are proud to have partnered with an instantly recognisable and market leading leisure brand to find a talented and growth focused Marketing and Communications Manager to join their team. The company need someone with extensive experience in team management as you will be leading a fantastic team of 4 to support your delivery of the marketing and communications strategy.
You must have proven experience of leading B2C led marketing and communications skills. This position will be brand heavy, and you will be driving brand campaigns across PR, social media, email and paid media. Experience working in a business with multiple sites would be a preference but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Work with the Marketing Director and wider teams to implement the marketing and communications strategy
- Responsible for the retail calendar, campaigns and trading dates that deliver multi-channel, multi-location marketing campaigns
- Drive marketing campaigns across multiple channels - website, emails, paid media, organic social media, POS and PR
- Manage the PR activity through the PR agency to increase brand awareness
- Launch new initiatives, products and events
- Manage the charity partnership
- Manage the relationships with key suppliers such as the creative agencies, print and stock management, PR, merchandise, graphic designers, influencers and content creators
- Manage the date and the effectiveness of measurements for the marketing activities
- Line management of a team of 4
- Previous experience in a B2C marketing and communications role is essential
- Previous experience managing a team of 3 or 4 quality members at varying levels
- Strong commercial acumen
- Comfortable working with partners and stakeholders at all levels and managing those relationships
- Strong knowledge of the full marketing mix - digital advertising, media agency management, brand, email, social media, campaign management, risk and reputation
- Experience working with a multi-site business would be useful but not essential
- Salary up to £55k
- 10% bonus based on company and personal performance
