- Provide professional advice and guidance to managers on employment legislation, HR policies, procedures, and best practice across a broad range of employee relations matters.
- Support organisational change initiatives, including restructures, redeployment programmes, redundancy consultations, and business transfer processes.
- Coach and upskill managers on key people management topics, including performance management, capability, attendance management, and workplace conflict resolution.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders across the organisation, delivering pragmatic and commercially focused HR solutions.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records, prepare management information and reports, and contribute to continuous improvements within HR service delivery.
- Identify and mitigate potential people-related risks, providing constructive challenge and practical recommendations to support informed decision-making.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the People function, sharing knowledge, supporting team objectives, and promoting best practice.
- Champion compliance with Health and Safety policies and procedures, while undertaking any additional duties appropriate to the level and scope of the role.
