Primarily office-based with flexibility where needed.

I’m partnering exclusively with one of London’s most exciting lifestyle and destination brands on the search for a Senior PR Manager. This is a rare opportunity to join a business at a pivotal growth stage — moving from high-profile launch into becoming a true London landmark.

The role sits at the intersection of lifestyle, hospitality, culture, wellness, events and placemaking. Far broader than a traditional hospitality PR role, this is about shaping how London sees, talks about and engages with an emerging destination brand.

You’ll lead integrated PR strategy across multiple businesses and revenue streams spanning food, wellness, culture, members experiences, events and corporate partnerships — with a major focus on building long-term cultural relevance and commercial impact. The business has significant ambition, investment and momentum behind it, making this an opportunity to genuinely shape the reputation and narrative of a destination as it scales.

The Role

  • Work closely with leadership, agencies and internal teams to deliver an integrated communications strategy across:
    • Consumer & lifestyle PR
    • Influencer strategy and partnerships
    • Cultural positioning and London relevance
    • B2B/trade PR for conferences and events
    • Corporate communications & thought leadership
    • Reputation management
    • Awards strategy
    • Launch campaigns and seasonal moments

This role will focus heavily on:

  • Building national and London-wide awareness
  • Driving footfall and bookings
  • Securing top-tier media coverage
  • Embedding the brand into London cultural conversations
  • Supporting commercial growth through earned media

About You

  • 8+ years’ PR experience across lifestyle, hospitality, luxury, destination, travel or culture-led brands
  • Strong experience across consumer, corporate and B2B/trade communications
  • Excellent media relationships across lifestyle and national press
  • Commercially minded and understands how PR supports growth
  • Confident operating strategically whilst remaining hands-on
  • Deep understanding of London culture, trends and audiences
  • Experience managing agencies and senior stakeholders

This is best suited to someone who enjoys being highly embedded within a fast-moving business and collaborative environment. The team operates primarily from the office, so they’re looking for someone who values in-person energy, pace and close cross-functional working.

If interested, please apply or message me directly for a confidential conversation.
