We're partnering with one of London's fastest-growing growth marketing agencies as they look to hire a Senior Operations Manager to help drive operational excellence across the business. This is a hands-on role at the heart of the agency, focused on ensuring projects, people and processes run smoothly. You'll oversee resource planning, operational workflows, delivery processes and cross-functional collaboration, helping the agency scale efficiently while maintaining exceptional client delivery.

Working across Growth, Creative, Client Services and Strategy, you'll play a key role in improving how the agency operates day to day.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for keeping the agency running efficiently, ensuring teams are resourced effectively, projects are delivered on time and internal processes continue to evolve as the business grows. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operational delivery across multiple teams and client accounts
  • Own resource planning and workload management, ensuring projects are staffed effectively
  • Coordinate timelines and priorities across Growth, Creative and Client Services teams
  • Monitor project progress, identifying risks and resolving operational bottlenecks
  • Improve internal processes, workflows and agency ways of working
  • Support senior leadership with operational planning and capacity forecasting
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a consistently high standard
  • Work closely with team leads to optimise utilisation, efficiency and profitability
  • Help implement and maintain operational tools and reporting

What They're Looking For

  • 4+ years' experience in an operations, project management or delivery role within a digital, growth, creative or integrated agency
  • Strong experience coordinating multiple teams and managing competing priorities
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Confident communicating with stakeholders across all levels of the business
  • Commercially aware, with an understanding of resourcing, utilisation and agency operations
  • A proactive problem solver who enjoys improving processes and creating efficiencies
  • Experience using project or resource management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Jira or similar
