They’re now looking for a Senior Account Manager to take ownership of client relationships with strong digital marketing account delivery across a portfolio of global B2C and B2B accounts.
You’ll act as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring projects are delivered seamlessly, on time, and aligned with measurable outcomes. Working cross-functionally with specialists in marketing, creative, and data, you’ll keep delivery running smoothly while maintaining strong client partnerships.
- Client Leadership & Relationship Management
- Own day-to-day client relationships and build long-term trust
- Project Delivery & Operations
- Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and resourcing
- Ensure high-quality output across all deliverables
- Identify risks early and proactively manage solutions
- Commercial Ownership
- Support account profitability through accurate scoping and budget management
- Oversee billing inputs and maintain commercial accuracy
- Identify opportunities for account growth, upsells, and renewals
- Performance & Reporting
- Translate campaign performance into clear, actionable insights
- Support pitches and proposals where required
4+ years’ experience in account management within a marketing agency
Strong project management skills across multiple workstreams
Good understanding of digital marketing (e.g. paid media, creative, CRO, content, lifecycle, or demand generation)
