South West London (Hybrid – 3 days office based) A fast-growing creative/events agency is looking for a Marketing Lead to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and marketing execution across the business. This is a broad, hands-on role sitting at the heart of a highly ambitious agency with an impressive client portfolio and strong growth trajectory. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to shape how the business shows up in market — from campaigns and content through to credentials, case studies, thought leadership, and new business support. The Role
You’ll lead day-to-day marketing activity across brand, content, campaigns, website, and business development support, helping elevate the agency’s profile and positioning within the market. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering integrated marketing campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels
- Managing the marketing calendar and wider brand activity
- Owning website updates, CMS management, and marketing collateral
- Creating impactful credentials, presentations, and case studies
- Supporting thought leadership and PR amplification activity
- Developing insight-led content and lead generation campaigns
- Supporting pitches and proposal materials for new business activity
- Managing photography/videography and post-event content creation
- Working closely with senior stakeholders to strengthen market positioning
- Using data and insights to optimise campaign performance and marketing effectiveness
About You
4–6 years’ experience in a marketing focused role within a creative, events, experiential or agency environment. Strong brand marketing and campaign management experience. Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and presentation skills. Experience creating content, credentials, and case studies. Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-moving environment. Commercially minded with strong stakeholder management skills. Experience with CRM systems, marketing platforms, and AI-enabled tools preferred. Proactive, organised, and collaborative approach.
