Are you an experienced client services Senior Account Manager with a passion for food & drink? We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to join a dynamic, award-winning creative agency that works with some of the UK’s biggest FMCG brands.
The Role
- Hybrid working in London (3 days in-office)
- Competitive day rate: C. £250 per day
- Contract: 6 Months, with potential for temp to perm
As Senior Account Manager, you’ll be a key part of the Client Services team, leading a portfolio of clients, mentoring junior team members, and driving multi-channel campaigns that deliver results. This role is perfect for someone with hands-on FMCG experience across B2B and B2C, including wholesale/convenience channels, POS, sales promotions, sampling, experiential activations, content creation, and production.

Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for clients and develop strong, trusted relationships
- Lead and develop a junior team, supporting their growth and success
- Deliver campaigns from strategy through execution across multiple channels
- Manage budgets, forecasts, suppliers, and campaign profitability
- Present ideas and results clearly to clients and internally
- Support new business pitches and identify growth opportunities
- Ensure accuracy, project management, and quality in all work

Leading global FMCG brands across drinks and snacks (e.g., confectionery, beverages, packaged foods)
About You
- Proven senior account management experience in an agency environment
- FMCG focus with experience in grocery, convenience, and OOH media
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Confident in multi-channel campaigns, retail activations, and experiential work
- Commercially minded with budget and forecasting experience
- Passionate about delivering creative, high-impact work
