A leading strategic communications consultancy is looking for a Consultant to join its Financial Services team in London.
This role combines financial communications and corporate reputation management, advising a range of financial services clients including pension providers, private equity firms, asset managers, wealth management businesses, and emerging fintech organisations.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will provide strategic communications advice across corporate reputation, media relations, financial transactions, and stakeholder engagement programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, managing day-to-day relationships and delivering strategic communications counsel.
- Support clients through corporate transactions, including M&A, fundraising, IPOs, and other market-sensitive situations.
- Develop and execute corporate communications, reputation management, and media relations programmes.
- Build strong relationships with journalists, analysts, and industry stakeholders.
- Produce high-quality written content including media materials, thought leadership, stakeholder communications, and analytical commentary.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and contribute to new business pitches.
- Manage projects effectively while mentoring and supporting junior team members.
