We’re working with an award-winning independent social, creative, PR and influencer agency looking for a Junior Designer/Designer to join its growing creative team following an exciting new entertainment client win. This is a video-heavy creative role, so we’re looking for someone with strong hands-on editing skills, ideally gained within a social-first agency, content studio or similarly fast-paced creative environment.

The Role

  • You’ll join a collaborative creative team producing culturally relevant content across music, film, entertainment and consumer brands.
  • A major focus will be a newly won high-profile music and entertainment account, creating engaging video content including:
    • Editing long-form YouTube content
    • Cutting longer footage into Shorts and social-first edits
    • Artist interviews and music content
    • Film junkets and talent interviews
    • Festival and live-event highlights
    • Making existing footage feel entertaining, energetic and right for each channel
    • Motion graphics, colour grading and audio editing
  • Alongside this account, you'll work across a varied portfolio spanning film & entertainment, food, lifestyle and consumer brands, giving you plenty of variety creatively.

What We’re Looking For

  • Around 1+ years' experience in a design/content role
  • Strong video editing experience is essential
  • Ideally experience working on social-first content
  • Confident using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
  • Motion graphics skills
  • Understanding of colour grading, audio editing and different video/file formats
  • Experience adapting long-form content into engaging short-form social assets
  • Good understanding of platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook
  • Strong design fundamentals across typography, layout, composition and visual identity
  • A portfolio/showreel demonstrating video, motion and social content
  • Passion for entertainment, music, film and digital culture
  • Someone keen to learn, develop and get stuck into a busy creative environment

Why Join?

This is a great opportunity for an early-career creative who wants to build serious experience in video and social content rather than be limited to static design. You’ll work with experienced creatives, receive plenty of support and development, and gain exposure to recognisable entertainment and consumer brands, with a particularly strong pipeline of music, film and social-first video work.
