Experience delivering end to end B2B client services for trade FMCG clients is essential.
Premier Resourcing has partnered with an award-winning integrated agency in London who specialise in delivering B2B campaigns for exciting FMCG brands. This is a brand new role and the first hire in their creative services division. They are looking for a Junior Account Director to be the first point of contact for industry leading clients and project manage the end to end delivery of the campaigns. This includes:
- Strategic campaign creation
- Experiential
- POS
- Production
- ATL

You will have experience working directly with trade FMCG clients and be commercially aware to identify opportunities for new business growth. Experience pitching for new business is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with leading FMCG clients to deliver end to end, full mix B2B creative campaigns targeting retail, convenience, wholesale and out of home market channels.
- Drive campaigns to increase brand awareness and ultimately drive B2B sales of the products.
- Build and maintain excellent client relationships.
- Utilise a broad range of marketing and communications channels to ensure campaign success.
- Identify opportunities to grow revenue from existing accounts and identify new clients who can benefit from the agency’s services.
- Pitch for new business - Able to create pitch decks.
- Delivery quality campaigns with a focus on exceptional client care.
- Understanding communication touch points and how to utilise these to maximise customer engagement.
Experience Required:
- Proven experience managing end to end 360 multichannel campaigns for FMCG clients is essential.
- Exceptional client care.
- A deep understanding of retail, convenience, wholesale and out of home market marketing channels.
- A strategic mind, able to create unique and engaging integrated campaigns but also comfortable getting hands on with the delivery.
- Experience delivering B2B experiential campaigns is essential.
- Confident managing photo and video shoots, including content creation call sheets and editing.
- Able to deliver quality POS and understand how to make a brand stand out.
- B2B experience working in the trade sector - retail, convenience stores, grocery stores, wholesale specialists etc.
- A broad skill set covering production, brand activation, advertising, content creation, social media, creative, print, digital advertising.
- Able to project manage end to end campaigns but also comfortable getting hands on with delivery.
- Able to identify opportunities for new business, including creating decks and pitching for new business.
