You'll spend approximately 30-40% of your time leading and developing the specialist growth team, with the remainder focused on strategic leadership across key client accounts and supporting the agency's continued growth.

- Ensure campaigns are underpinned by robust attribution, conversion tracking and measurement frameworks.
- Analyse performance data and translate insights into actionable growth recommendations.
- Stay ahead of platform developments, emerging channels and evolving growth methodologies.
Organic Growth & Emerging Channels
- Develop strategies that blend paid acquisition with organic growth opportunities.
- Identify and test emerging growth channels and acquisition tactics.
- Explore opportunities across creator‑led marketing, content distribution, clipping strategies and community‑led growth.

- Leverage AI tools to improve campaign performance, reporting, analysis and operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI into growth workflows and client strategies.
- Champion innovation and experimentation across the growth function.
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of growth marketing specialists.
- Support capability development across paid media, experimentation and growth strategy.
- Help shape best practices, processes and frameworks across the wider team.
- Foster a high‑performance culture built around testing, learning and continuous improvement.
