We’re partnering with a fast-growing, award-winning events and experiences agency to recruit an Event Project Manager(producer) to join an exciting newly established Sponsorship team.
Reporting directly into the Sponsorship Lead (Senior Producer level), you'll play a key role in shaping the operational success of the team, supporting the delivery of sponsorship programmes, commercial partnerships and live event activations for a portfolio of high-profile clients.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing area of the business from the outset, taking ownership of project delivery while working closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams to ensure every project is delivered seamlessly.
The Role
As an Event Project Manager(producer), you'll become the operational driving force behind a range of exciting live events and sponsorship programmes. You'll manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, deliverables and stakeholder communications remain on track from planning through to delivery.
This role is ideal for someone who loves bringing structure to complex projects, thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating multiple moving parts to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple live event and sponsorship projects from planning through to successful delivery.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines and critical paths.
- Coordinate internal teams, clients, suppliers and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project documentation, trackers, reports and meeting actions.
- Ensure all project milestones, sponsorship deliverables and deadlines are achieved.
- Support stakeholder communications and build strong working relationships.
- Monitor project budgets, purchase orders, invoices and expenditure.
- Identify project risks early and proactively implement solutions.
- Support onsite event delivery where required.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve project processes and delivery standards.
About You
You'll be an organised, proactive project manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced agency environment and can confidently manage multiple moving parts at once.
You’ll ideally have:
- Previous experience working within an events agency, experiential agency, live communications agency, or an events team within a marketing or creative agency.
- Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience tracking budgets, purchase orders and project finances.
- Confidence using project management tools and reporting systems.
- A calm, solutions-focused approach with the ability to anticipate challenges before they arise.

Unfortunately, candidates whose experience is solely venue-side, hospitality or in-house corporate events will not be suitable for this position.
