Working with a mix of high‑profile consumer brands and challenger names, this agency is known for a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial culture where every team member has the chance to take ownership, shape campaigns, and make their mark. Collaboration is at the heart of everything!
Location: London, England (Hybrid: 3 days in office per week)
Salary: Up to £75,000
What you’ll be doing:
- Steering some of the UK’s most exciting consumer accounts and ensuring every campaign lands with impact.
- Being the go‑to for your clients – the person they call first, and trust to deliver smart, straight‑talking counsel.
- Bringing creativity to the table, shaping campaigns that cut through, and spotting opportunities others miss.
- Guiding a brilliant team – mentoring, motivating, and keeping them fired up.
- Owning budgets, timelines and delivery with precision (and without losing your cool).
- Driving media, influencer and social strategies that don’t just follow trends – they set them.
- Pitching, presenting and helping win work that excites you as much as it excites the clients.
What we’re looking for:
- A proven consumer comms pro who can handle multiple accounts without breaking a sweat.
- Someone who loves culture, has opinions, and isn’t afraid to challenge the room (clients included).
- Killer organisational skills with an eye for detail – you know how to get things done, and do it brilliantly.
- Confidence in managing shoots, events, influencers, media and social – the whole package.
