4+ years digital marketing experience, ideally within a B2B agency with a strong tech portfolio.
Premier are proud to be partnering exclusively with an industry leading, employee-owned PR agency in London. They are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager which is a brand-new role created due to continued growth and is a key hire for the team.
You will need to be proficient in creating and delivering digital strategies that boost visibility, engagement and demand generation. This includes paid and organic social, paid ads, SEO and email marketing. Experience using Hubspot, WordPress, Google Ads, Google Analytics and Canva/Adobe is key.
Key Requirements:- Create and deliver digital strategies that drive visibility, engagement and demand generation for the agency and for the clients.
- Deliver targeted campaigns for B2B audiences- LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads and paid social campaigns.
- Build and maintain the content for the agencies website and clients landing pages.
- Drive SEO, content syndication and email marketing to drive leads into the agency.
- Work with stakeholders across the agency to create thought leadership content for digital channels.
- Report on the campaign performance using Google Analytics and Hubspot to ensure improved success on future campaigns.
- Stay up to date on digital marketing trends, buying behaviour and emerging tools.
- 4+ years experience delivering digital strategies for B2B audiences.
- Proven track record of driving lead generation through digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn and Google Advertising, B2B funnel metrics and marketing principles.
- Knowledge of SEO and CRM systems- HubSpot.
- Design and creative skills to create high-performing ad campaigns.
- Excellent project management and presentation skills.
- An analytical mindset, able to turn data into actionable insights.
- Keen to learn, grow and progress in your own career.
