An award-winning performance marketing and creative agency is hiring a Social Content Producer to lead end-to-end production across social-first campaigns, paid ad creative, creator content, and branded shoots. Working with ambitious global brands across digital and consumer sectors, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced creative environments and knows how to deliver content that performs across modern social platforms.
Salary: £45k–£50k + discretionary bonus
Hybrid: 4 days onsite / 1 day WFH
You’ll work across:
- TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Meta and Snapchat content and beyond.
- Paid social ad production and performance creative.
- Campaign shoots, studio productions, motion projects and creator-led content.
- Multiple concurrent client accounts across tech, ecommerce, gaming and consumer brands.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing productions end-to-end from briefing through delivery.
- Leading pre-production including casting, scheduling, locations, logistics and crew coordination.
- Running shoot days confidently in studio and on location.
- Overseeing editors, motion designers and post-production workflows.
- Managing budgets, timelines and external suppliers.
- Coordinating creator/UGC deliverables and maintaining quality standards.
- Helping improve production systems and studio operations as the agency scales.
Ideal background:
- 4–6 years’ experience in a creative, social or advertising agency production role.
- Proven experience producing social-first and short-form video content.
- Strong understanding of platform-native creative and paid social formats.
- Experience managing shoots independently from pre-production through post.
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, high-performance environments.
- Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and production scoping.
- Strong freelance network across production, editing, motion and creative talent.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail under pressure.
