A high-growth, globally focused marketing agency is looking for a Graduate / Junior Creative Producer to join its expanding in-house production team. This is an opportunity to work with ambitious brands across sectors including fintech, consumer apps, ecommerce, gaming and B2B—delivering performance-driven creative at scale.
This role is ideal for someone at the early stage of their production career who is eager to learn by doing. You’ll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of projects, from fast-paced social content to larger campaign shoots, while developing the skills required to become a top-tier producer.
The Opportunity
Working closely with experienced Producers, you’ll be involved in every stage of the production lifecycle. You’ll help bring creative ideas to life by supporting planning, logistics, execution and delivery, while building a strong foundation in modern, performance-led content production. This is a fast-moving environment where curiosity, initiative and attention to detail are essential. You’ll be trusted with real responsibility from day one and given the chance to grow quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end production across multiple projects, assisting with timelines, logistics and delivery
- Coordinate pre-production tasks including schedules, call sheets, casting, locations, permits and supplier comms
- Assist on shoot days (studio and on-location), ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently
- Work closely with post-production teams to track edits, manage feedback and ensure platform-ready delivery
- Help manage creator/UGC workflows, from briefing through to approvals and final delivery
- Maintain accurate budget trackers and production documentation
- Support the organisation and upkeep of in-house studio spaces and equipment
- Research and help onboard freelance talent and production partners
- Proactively identify ways to improve workflows and keep projects running efficiently
About You
- Around 1+ year of hands-on production experience (agency, production company or brand side preferred)
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Calm under pressure with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Passionate about digital content, social media and creative trends
- Clear and reliable communicator, comfortable working across teams
- Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter who takes initiative and ownership of tasks
- Confident using Google Workspace and quick to learn new tools
Desirable (Not Essential)
- Experience working on social-first or paid media content
- Exposure to creator/UGC production workflows
- Basic editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar)
- Understanding of platform specifications (TikTok, Meta, YouTube)
