This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled communicator with strong leadership qualities to manage a diverse portfolio of clients and lead national and global campaigns.

Position: Consumer PR Senior Account Manager
Location: Central London (Hybrid – 3 days per week in office)
Salary: Competitive
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Must already be at Senior Account Manager level
Key Skills:
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Proven ability to oversee and advance client activity while managing and mentoring team members
- Strong client counsel skills with the ability to identify and resolve challenges proactively
Key Responsibilities:
- Clients: Lead planning and programme management across accounts; Maintain and grow strong client relationships; Manage client reporting, budgets, and financial processes
- Communication: Oversee media and influencer relations; Contribute to and review written materials across platforms; Manage social content strategies and lead internal teams
- Creativity: Drive and participate in campaign brainstorms; Develop both proactive and reactive ideas to support client goals
- Culture: Support business development efforts and contribute to new business pitches; Lead or contribute to research activities to support strategy and insight development
