BCY is looking for a dynamic, Primary Worker to lead, facilitate, and expand our ministry in primary schools across Bury St Edmunds and Suffolk.

The Package & Details
- Salary: £26,000 – £29,000 / year (depending on experience)
- Hours: Full-Time (37.5 hours/week) — open to flexible part-time patterns for the right person
- Location: Bury St Edmunds & surrounding Suffolk schools

- Bring the Bible to life: Run engaging school assemblies, dynamic RE lessons, after‑school clubs, and reflective prayer spaces.
- Grow the network: Champion existing school partnerships and open new doors for BCY activities.
- Unite the community: Connect with local churches to boost holiday clubs, family ministries, and community events.
- Empower others: Recruit, train, and cheer on local volunteers to scale your impact.
