An ambitious, fast-scaling growth marketing agency is hiring an Associate Creative Director to help define and lead its creative output at a pivotal stage of growth. This is a step-up role with a clear path to Creative Director.
You’ll set the standard for the work, shape the ideas, and play a central role in building a creative offering that sits at the intersection of brand and performance.
The RoleYou’ll act as the creative lead across key accounts and campaigns—owning everything from concept to execution.
- Lead concepting for major campaigns and pitches
- Develop ideas that work across paid, social, digital, video, OOH and beyond
- Partner closely with strategists to turn insight into strong creative territories
- Review and elevate work across copy, design, motion and production
- Get hands-on when needed—this isn’t a purely directional role
