Join a Leading Manufacturing Business

We are currently recruiting for an experienced TIG Welder/Fabricator to join our client's busy manufacturing team in Medway Towns.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled welder who takes pride in producing high-quality work and enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment.

Working with stainless steel, Zintec and aluminium, you will be responsible for fabricating and welding a range of specialist products including HVAC units to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Fabricate and TIG weld components using stainless steel, Zintec and aluminium.

Set up welding equipment to suit individual projects.

Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

Produce high-quality finished products with excellent attention to detail.

Work efficiently to production deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

Work collaboratively with colleagues across the factory.

Follow all Health & Safety procedures and company policies.

Be willing to work overtime when required.

About You

The ideal candidate will be reliable, self-motivated and committed to producing work of the highest standard.

You will have

Previous TIG welding and fabrication experience.

Experience welding 1.2mm stainless steel and polishing finished products.

Experience using a variety of welding equipment and welding techniques.

The ability to use both electrical and manual tools safely and effectively.

The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

A good understanding of Health & Safety within a manufacturing environment.

Excellent attention to detail and a positive, team-focused attitude.
