Are you a driven sales professional who enjoys building strong customer relationships and closing deals? Our client is expanding, and they are looking for a permanent Service Sales Representative to join their growing Service team. This is a newly created role offering the chance to make a real impact, develop your career, and be part of a supportive, high-performing team.
The Role:
You will be responsible for growing service sales across the Midlands and North of England, promoting service contracts, upgrades, and aftersales solutions. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive long-term partnerships.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Generating and developing new business opportunities
- Managing and growing your own sales pipeline
- Building trust-based relationships with new and existing customers
- Visiting clients, delivering presentations and product demonstrations
- Achieving sales targets and contributing to business growth
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven sales experience (HVAC or a similar industry is an advantage)
- A confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
