Premier Work Support are looking for an experienced Payroll Data Entry Clerk to work for an established company based in Romford in Essex.
The main duties will include:
- Entering payroll accurately for candidates on a daily basis
- Preparing and issuing invoices
- Maintaining and updating payroll records
- Identifying and resolving any data errors
- Generating payslips while maintaining compliance and regulatory requirements
- Dealing with incoming calls and emails professionally
- Building strong relationships with clients and candidates
The ideal candidate would have experience in payroll data entry, demonstrate proficiency in Excel and data analysis, and be able to assist in audits.
This role is a temporary position; however, there may be an opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate. You will be working Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5:00pm, although an opportunity to do part-time hours and hybrid working would be able to be discussed after a trial period.
