Premier Work Support is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead and develop production teams within a busy manufacturing environment. You will drive Lean initiatives, optimise processes, reduce waste and ensure delivery targets are met.
You will manage production planning, scheduling and resource allocation, while maintaining health & safety and quality standards. The role is based in the Rochester area with a 35-hour week and flexible core hours 06:30–16:00, Monday–Friday.
