The Role
This is a business development-focused position where your success will be measured by your ability to generate new business, develop client relationships and grow our presence across the local market. You will:
- Generate new business through outbound sales calls, networking, referrals and client visits.
- Identify prospective clients and secure new recruitment partnerships.
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Attend client meetings, present recruitment solutions and negotiate terms of business.
- Manage your sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
- Work closely with our recruitment team, allowing you to focus on developing new and existing client accounts.
About You
You will have recruitment or B2B sales experience with a proven track record of winning new business. You will be confident making outbound sales calls, networking and attending client meetings, with excellent communication skills.
