As a Social Housing Repairs Planner/Scheduler, you will be responsible for delivering first class customer support.. This is an excellent opportunity to join a vibrant and established team.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Sending jobs/locations to operatives via their PDA
  • Liaising with clients to ensure work is booked in
  • Managing the Operatives diaries and calendars
  • Escalating concerns to senior management
  • Responding to emails regarding repairs in accordance with operational procedures
  • Logging calls and requests on IT Systems
  • Liaising with operatives about completed jobs and return visits
  • Ensuring engineers have all the correct information for the site and checking that it is being recorded correctly
  • Assisting with contract management

The ideal candidate will need to have experience in a similar scheduling or planning role.
