A well-established furniture company, centrally located in the Medway towns, are seeking a proactive Customer Service & Sales Administrator on a temporary basis. There may be permanent opportunities for the right candidate.
Duties will include:
- Processing sales orders efficiently and accurately
- Supporting sales and customer service teams in meeting key performance targets
- Managing customer web portals and ensuring orders are delivered in full and on time
- Handling service requests, returns, and credit requests with professionalism
- Responding to telephone and email enquiries promptly and courteously
- Inputting data accurately into relevant systems and databases
- Coordinating inspections and liaising with third-party companies (where required)
- Following company procedures and processes to maintain quality and compliance
Hours of work are Monday to Thursday, 8.30am - 5.00pm (1-hour unpaid lunch), and Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm (30-minute unpaid lunch).
