Our client, a well-established manufacturing company based in the Medway Towns, is seeking an experienced, permanent Maintenance Engineer to join their team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for maintaining and improving injection moulding machinery and site equipment, helping to minimise downtime and ensure efficient production operations. The position offers a great work-life balance, working a 4-day week, Monday to Thursday, with 10-hour day shifts and no weekend working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on machinery and equipment
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults
  • Support continuous improvement and equipment upgrades
  • Work closely with production to ensure smooth operations
