An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Permanent Conveyancing Executive to join our client on a full time basis in their offices.

The ideal candidate will have experience within residential conveyancing particularly with new build residential properties.

Responsibilities

  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, leases and related documents
  • Advising clients on legal aspects of property transactions
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance with Solicitors Regulation Authority and adhering to anti-money laundering, client care and professional conduct standards
  • Handling completion and post completion matters including the transfer of funds, registration with HM Land Registry, and SDLT returns
  • Managing a caseload of residential and new build transactions from instruction through to completing

Qualifications

  • Previous Conveyancing experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage time and work under pressure to tight deadlines
  • Able to manage work on own initiative
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
