We are recruiting for a Temporary Contracts Administrator to provide administrative support within an Estate Services team. The role covers contract administration, data management, customer service and financial administration.

Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm, Friday 8:00am-3:30pm

Location: Medway, Kent

The Role

You will support the day-to-day administration of estate services, working with operational teams, contractors and customers to ensure services are delivered efficiently and records are accurate.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative and contract support.
  • Raising and monitoring works orders and service requests.
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating systems.
  • Liaising with contractors, customers and colleagues.
  • Coordinating appointments and contractor visits.
  • Processing invoices and purchase orders.
  • Supporting KPI, performance and expenditure reporting.
  • Responding to customer enquiries and service requests.
  • Maintaining documentation in line with company procedures and data protection requirements.

Essential Requirements

  • Previous administration experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Experience maintaining records and handling data.
  • Writes and speaks with ease and communicates confidently with customers, contractors and colleagues.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Working knowledge of ONE Housing housing management software.
  • Working knowledge of Total Mobile workforce management software.
  • Strong IT skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above.
  • Experience within social housing, property services, facilities management or estate services.

Desirable

  • Experience supporting contract management.
  • Experience processing invoices and purchase orders.
  • Experience producing reports, KPIs or analysing service data.
  • A Business Administration, Housing or Property-related qualification.

This role would suit someone who is organised, reliable and confident working in a busy environment, with a strong eye for detail and customer service
