Our client, a market leader in residential conveyancing, has an excellent opportunity for a permanent Legal Secretary to join their established team. Read on to fully understand what this job requires in terms of skills and experience. If you are a good match, make an application.
Reporting to the partners, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing correspondence and documents through audio-typing and word processing.
- Administering filing on a daily basis.
- Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch.
- Arranging for all copying to be done.
- Making appointments and arranging meetings as necessary.
- Preparing the conference room for meetings.
- Providing refreshments.
- Supporting other secretaries.
- Providing support to junior and temporary secretaries.
- Attending to clients.
- Ensuring the confidentiality of all the firm's and clients' documentation and information.
To be considered for this role you will need:
- Good IT skills.
- Appropriate literacy skills.
- Suitable standard of keyboard and IT skills.
- Ability to work in a team.
