An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of our clients as a Permanent Front Desk Receptionist in their Creative offices in London.
Reporting to the Reception Manager you will be responsible for:
- Handling all reception and administrative duties
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Answering and redirecting phone calls
- Managing mail
- Marketing spare office units within the building
- Showing premises to prospective tenants
- Updating social media
- Basic building management
- Any other ad hoc duties as and when required
To be considered for this role you will need:
- Excellent organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good interpersonal skills
