Premier Work Support is looking for an experienced Payroll Data Entry Clerk to work for an established company based in Romford in Essex. The main duties will include:
- Entering payroll accurately for candidates on a daily basis
- Preparing and issuing invoices
- Maintaining and updating payroll records
- Identifying and resolving data errors
- Generating payslips that comply with regulatory requirements
- Managing incoming calls and emails professionally to build strong relationships with clients and candidates
The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll data entry, demonstrate proficiency in Excel and data analysis, and be able to assist in audits. This role is a temporary position, though there may be an opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm with the possibility of part-time hours and hybrid working discussed after a trial period.
