An excellent opportunity to join the team of an ever growing successful client in Tottenham as a permanent Shunter. The hours are Monday to Friday, 6pm to 3am.

Key Duties:

  • Unloading inbound stock
  • Unloading lorries upon return
  • Using an FLT to load stock
  • Using safe manual handling techniques when loading and unloading vehicles
  • Holding health and safety at the forefront of all procedures
  • Shunting vehicles in the yard
  • Assisting the fleet team with taking vehicles to a maintainer's location and subsequent collection
  • Reporting of any obvious vehicle defects to the fleet team
  • Picking stock for loading

Experience and Key Attributes:

  • Class 2 Licence
  • Experience using FLT / FLT Licence
  • Experience shunting and/or yard management
  • Experience working within a warehouse
  • Customer Service
  • Manual Handling
