We have an exciting opportunity to join one of our prestigious clients near Horsham as a temporary Domestic Production Operative. If you enjoy practical, hands-on work and take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation, this could be the perfect role for you! You\’ll be part of a friendly, dedicated team working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring every item that leaves the facility is finished to perfection. Key Responsibilities: Operate ironing and pressing machines to deliver high-quality finishes on linen, towels, and garments. Sort, fold, and prepare items for packing and dispatch. Maintain a steady workflow to meet daily production targets. Handle Linen items with care to prevent damage or contamination. Support other operations, including loading and unloading machines when needed. Keep your workstation clean, tidy, and safe at all times. Follow all Health & Safety and manual handling procedures.Skills & Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role, housekeeping, or production environment is an advantage but not essential – full training will be provided! Comfortable working in a warm, fast-paced environment and performing repetitive tasks with accuracy. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
