Premier Work Support are currently recruiting a Dispatch Assistant to work in a permanent role for our client in the Crayford area.
About the Role
Responsible for assisting the logistics department which includes the dispatch of all outgoing goods to customers, on time and supported by the correct documentation.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Check orders to ensure the correct items and quantity have been packed
- Booking of national and international shipments
- Create customs documentation for exports
- Contacting customers regarding order shipping requirements
- Scanning orders once dispatched for accounts, so they can invoice the orders
- Saving and filing of POEs and PODs for any international shipments
- Checking on customs clearance delay emails
