We are expanding and looking for an additional Recruitment Consultant to join the successful team at our Romford Branch on a permanent basis. This position will suit an individual who has previous experience working for a recruitment agency and enjoys the buzz, challenge and rewards recruitment brings, or someone with a successful track record in B2B sales looking for an opportunity to start a career in recruitment. We are looking for a determined, committed and adaptable individual who has exceptional communication skills, a good work ethic, a positive attitude, and above all a good sense of humour. You must be comfortable working in a sales activity & financially targeted environment and be motivated to achieve or exceed goals. You will also need to be able to demonstrate the ability to multi-task and cope with an ever changing working environment as no two days are the same in recruitment!
It is essential that you drive and have your own transport as there will be a requirement to visit client sites for business development opportunities and service meetings. We will pay for business mileage. This is a full-time permanent role and the hours are 8am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. Additionally we operate an 'out of hours service' so you will be required to cover an on-call phone on a rotating basis.
